MyAsiaTrip Corrections Policy
How to report a factual error or outdated travel detail to MyAsiaTrip, what information to include and how material corrections are reviewed and recorded.

Travel information changes quickly. A timetable moves, an entry rule takes effect, a venue closes or a quoted price no longer reflects the final booking total. MyAsiaTrip reviews reported errors and updates material problems when authoritative sources confirm the change.
What to report
Please report issues involving:
- entry rules, transport routes, fares, schedules or closures;
- attraction hours, tickets, access rules or booking requirements;
- safety, health, insurance or emergency information;
- a broken or misleading internal or external link;
- an incorrect place name, image caption, attribution or accessibility detail;
- a recommendation based on information that is no longer true.
Stylistic disagreements are welcome as feedback, but a correction request is strongest when it identifies a specific factual problem.
What to include
Email [email protected] with:
- the affected MyAsiaTrip page URL;
- the sentence, table row or section in question;
- a short explanation of what appears wrong;
- an authoritative source URL, screenshot or document when available;
- the date you observed the issue.
Do not send passports, medical records, payment-card information or complete booking documents.
How corrections are reviewed
We compare the report with the most relevant primary source and check whether the problem changes a reader’s decision. A material correction may update the article text, metadata, table, link, recommendation or review date. Minor spelling and formatting fixes may be made without a separate note.
When reliable sources conflict, we may narrow the claim, explain the uncertainty or remove the detail until it can be verified. We do not average incompatible fares, rules or schedules into a number that no source supports.
Commercial and rights requests
Affiliate partners cannot purchase a correction or favorable conclusion. Commercial enquiries must identify the relationship clearly. Copyright, licensing and image-attribution requests can use the same contact address and should identify the exact asset and page.
For more on sourcing, review and commercial separation, see the Editorial Policy.
